In 1999, William Manzer struggled to find a quality contractor to complete a home renovation that he and his family were looking to complete. The North Atlanta Metro area had a ton of great tradespeople, but it lacked that general contractor to complete whole home remodeling or kitchen and bath remodeling. As he thought about it more, he decided that it was time that the North Atlanta Metro area had their own general contracting company that could help out homeowners just like him. Thus, Manzer Contracting was born.
